Public Offer for Paid Services
Last updated: July 31, 2026This document is a public offer (under Articles 435 and 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) to provide paid services of the Vertix service (https://vertix-bot.ru, Telegram bot). Paying for a paid feature means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer and forms a contract between you and the Provider. General rules for using the service are in a separate document, the Terms of Service; refund rules are in a separate document, the Refund Policy.
Provider
Molokanov Dmitriy Denisovich, a self-employed individual registered as a payer of the professional income tax ("самозанятый") in Russia, tax ID (ИНН) 421502448480. Status can be verified by tax ID on the Russian Federal Tax Service site (npd.nalog.ru). Legally significant notices between the parties are sent by email: support@vertix-bot.ru.
Subject of the Contract
The Provider delivers paid features of the Vertix Telegram bot: a one-off sale of a Shorts credit pack with access to AI features (voiceover, smart cropping, SEO titles, storyboards and other premium features), and any other paid features separately offered in the bot's interface. A Shorts pack is a one-time purchase with no expiry: purchased credits do not expire and are not tied to a term. The specific composition and description of each paid feature are shown in the bot's payment screen and on the site's pricing page.
Price
Prices are shown in Russian rubles (card payment via YooKassa) or Telegram Stars (Telegram's own currency) directly on the payment screen in the bot and on the site's pricing page — the current price always lives there; this document does not fix specific amounts so it cannot drift out of sync with actual pricing. A price change does not affect an already-paid, already-credited pack.
Ordering and Payment
The user selects a Shorts pack or another paid feature in the Telegram bot's interface and proceeds to payment — by bank card (redirected to YooKassa) or with Telegram Stars (Telegram's standard payment sheet). Payment is one-time; there is no auto-renewal or recurring charge. The service is delivered automatically once the payment provider confirms successful payment, with no further action from the Provider.
When the Service Is Considered Rendered
The service is considered rendered once the paid credits are added to the user's balance, or once the requested video processing completes — whichever applies to the specific paid feature.

Liability of the Parties
The Provider delivers services with reasonable care but does not guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party platforms — YouTube, Google, Telegram (API availability, moderation, demonetization, suspensions are decisions of those platforms, not the Provider). The user bears full responsibility for the legality of and their rights to the submitted video, and for the published content complying with YouTube's rules. The general limitations of liability (including the liability cap and the user's obligation to indemnify the Provider), force majeure and user obligations are set out in the Terms of Service and apply to this offer as well.
Claims and Disputes
For any questions related to payment and the delivery of paid services, first contact support: support@vertix-bot.ru — most issues are resolved without going to court. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, the laws of the Russian Federation apply, including the Russian Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
Changes to This Offer
The Provider may change the terms of this offer unilaterally; the new version takes effect once published on the website. Already-purchased packs and credits remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of payment.
