Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026One of Vertix's main priorities (https://vertix-bot.ru) is the privacy of our users. This document describes what information Vertix collects and stores, how we use it, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have. It also serves as the service's personal data processing policy.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on the consent you give by starting to use the Telegram bot, connecting a YouTube account, or paying for paid features. You can withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the service and asking us to delete your data — see "Your Rights" below.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the service, we collect:
- Your Telegram profile data: numeric ID, username, interface language — provided directly by Telegram when you interact with the bot
- When you connect your YouTube account: your Google account email address, your YouTube channel name and ID, OAuth tokens for YouTube API access
- When paying by card: the email you enter for the receipt, the payment amount and payment ID — card details are never sent to or stored by us; they are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, YooKassa
- Videos you send to the bot for processing — temporarily, for the duration of processing
- Technical data (IP address, request timestamps, error logs) — for the service's operation, security and diagnostics
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process videos sent to our Telegram bot — cutting, cropping, voiceover synthesis and subtitles
- Upload processed Shorts videos to your YouTube channel as requested by you
- Generate AI voiceovers, subtitles, titles and descriptions — for this, video frames, transcribed speech and text are sent to AI processing providers (see "Who We Share Data With")
- Display your channel information in the Telegram bot interface
- Send you notifications about processing, upload and payment status via Telegram
- Accept payment for paid features and issue a receipt for every payment, as required by Russian law on self-employed taxpayers (Federal Law No. 422-FZ)
Telegram Bot Data
When you use our Telegram bot, we temporarily store video files you send for processing. These files are deleted immediately after processing and uploading to YouTube. If processing does not finish (a failure or cancellation), any leftover temporary files are removed automatically by a scheduled cleanup job. We do not retain copies of your videos.
Retention Periods
OAuth tokens are kept until you revoke access via your Google Account settings or request account deletion. Videos are kept only as described above. Payment records and receipts are kept for as long as required by Russian tax and accounting law. Technical logs are kept for a limited period necessary for the service's operation and security, then removed as part of routine rotation.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the service. To operate the service itself, data is shared with the following parties — strictly to the extent needed to deliver the service you requested:
- Google — the YouTube Data API, to upload videos and display your channel data
- Telegram — as the platform the bot runs on and through which Telegram Stars payments are processed
- YooKassa — for card payments: processing the payment and, where required, issuing a receipt under Russian law
- AI text and video processing providers — to generate subtitles, voiceovers, titles, and stock footage matches; some of these providers are located outside Russia, so this may involve a cross-border transfer of data
- our hosting provider and, where used, network-attack protection services — to store data and run the servers
Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Access to user data is limited to authorized backend services. No system can guarantee absolute protection against every threat, but we work to address vulnerabilities promptly.
Your Rights
You can revoke access to your YouTube account at any time through your Google Account settings — this immediately invalidates the tokens and stops our access to your account. You may also request access to your personal data, its correction, or full deletion (including account deletion and associated data) by writing to support@vertix-bot.ru. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable time.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website uses the browser's localStorage to remember your chosen interface language. Google OAuth and the Telegram Mini App may use technical cookies or session tokens required for them to function. For traffic analytics we use Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics — they set cookies and collect anonymized statistics: which pages are viewed, referral source, country and city. We do not pass this data to ad networks or use it to show ads, and we do not track you across third-party sites.
